The Opportunity

We are now looking for a proactive Store Manager to join our friendly team! 

The successful candidate will work in, and learn from, a range of stores from Shopping Centre Stores to Stand Alone Stores, from large size to smaller.  Working alongside Store Managers to learn our great business while also running a store as the occasion calls for, such as covering leave for existing Store Managers.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to their own on-going development but also that of the teams they are supporting.  They will have a drive and ambition to ensure the store they support will meet and exceed sales targets. They will possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management, while at the same time ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service.

From being emersed in all areas of the JB store operation, they will have the knowledge and understanding to ultimately move to managing their own store, as and when new stores are opened.
