About the Role

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support the Services category objectives by consulting on the curation of new and existing service products and to lead the delivery and refinement of the operations of these products. This position will support the Product Manager to define, scope and execute new products and seek to enhance existing Service offerings within the Retail division, which will deliver annual growth for the category and ensure the business objectives and strategies are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and scoping of opportunities to drive and deliver measurable Business Value within services.
  • Engage, collaborate, and work with various internal and external teams to support in the planning, development, and execution of, key program opportunities and enhancements within Services.
  • Undertake; requirements gathering, documenting and articulation to define/enhance; product offerings, operational systems, processes, training & policies in support of the Services strategy.
  • Support the identification and delivery of O&A initiatives, supported by the Service Operations team.
  • Prepare and communicate timelines around key projects and other operational activity.
  • Contribute to short and long-term Service development and planning, geared towards sales excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholder groups (External IE, SquareTrade, and Assurant as well as internal, IE:  Marketing, Merchandise, Operations and Merch Services, IT, etc.) to support the delivery of relevant go-to-market plans for Services.
  • Support and influence operational excellence through the continuous system and experience improvements,
  • Ongoing monitoring, analysis and presentation of key metrics and information to support Operational Performance reporting for Services.
  • Support the monitoring of POS and Campaign initiatives with Marketing and Merchandising teams to drive Channel offerings.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Practices, IT & Marketing).
  • Lead, communicate and support initiatives, directives, and process improvements.
  • Take accountability for the customer/team experience for the rollout of the programs.
  • Engage with the Frontline teams and Functional leadership to drive best practice outcomes in selling & supporting Telco Services.

About You

  • Experience in Product design, development, and support.
  • Experience in Content creation and delivery.
  • Previous experience and responsibilities in rolling out and successfully implementing projects and delivering on targets
  • Commercially minded and analytical.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management, and an ability to balance multiple initiatives while being in the detail of  how the projects are performing
  • Has a natural flair and passion for quality and our brand.
  • Ability to work autonomously and use the initiative to drive business results and personal development.
  • Skills in MS Office programs.
