About the Role
Working with the Merchandise Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:
- Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required
- Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
