About the role

An opportunity now exists for an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join JB Hi-Fi’s Commercial Sales division, located in our Support Office in Southbank Melbourne. This role is primarily responsible for supporting a team of Account Managers on a day-to-day basis with the successful fulfilment of orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the key point of contact for key accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and emails
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders
  • Provide quotations (new business & current customers) to our Clients within required SLA's
  • Review backorders and follow-up invoices

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Able to work well within a fast-paced team environment
  • Have good business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to provide our Customers with holistic solutions to their requirements
  • Have good written and verbal skills
  • Are competent using the Microsoft Office suite as well as having a working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Love working in the ICT technology sector and have IT Knowledge 
  • Have great research skills and the ability to construct winning deals
  • Have a good phone manner and are confident dealing with Customers and Vendors
  • Are a team player and want to make a difference to our business highly regarded/desirable
  • Telstra Knowledge
