Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate store maintenance requests ensuring contractors, suppliers and stores prioritise safety, minimise down time and cost of repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for preventative maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance requirements for new stores, relocations and relays are determined and implemented such as air-conditioning and lifts.
  • Prepare and provide correct documentation for lease renewal budgeting process.
  • Ensure data in the Maintenance System is maintained with accurate information and coordinate any changes.
  • Provide feedback and reporting on contractor compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Carry out accurate and timely invoicing and reconciliation activities to ensure clarity of CAPEX/OPEX investment and that  contractors are only invoiced for work that they do in accordance with SLAs
  • Work collaboratively with Finance to ensure supplier invoice payments are paid and that store allocated budgets are tracked and reported on.
  • Provide key support and administration for periodic annual essential services audits.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with relevant external stakeholders such as contractors and trades.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through available online platforms keep up to date with changes to relevant legislation and regulations.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • MS Office Suite
  • At least 2 years retail or customer service
