About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with our customer base, and help work towards our budget through specialised sales, training, planning, customer service, and operations leadership.

Responsibilities for our coordinator role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prioritises tasks and coordinates the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures
  • Stock flow including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders

About You

We are seeking an individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere. Ideally, you will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc). You will also possess:

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail will see your success in this role!
  • Understanding of inventory management and processes
  • Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Solid customer service skills that will create raving reviews!
