The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join our HR team! You will thrive in a supportive team environment which is highly focused on delivering pragmatic, solution focused and proactive HR solutions.

It is a fast paced, dynamic environment where no day is the same enabling you to be part of a team that provides you with the opportunity to coach, develop and partner with the Operations business. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the HR strategy by assisting with providing advice and support in relation to policies, procedures, and employment conditions, performance management, and talent planning activities.

This is a fantastic and rewarding role where you can roll up your sleeves and demonstrate your proactive and hands-on approach in supporting our Store Operation Leadership teams in a true generalist capacity.

About You

This role will suit a HR Professional with at least two years HR generalist experience with a sound understanding of employee relations, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and liaise with line managers and team members across all levels of the organisation. You will also possess the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
  • Prior generalist HR Experience
  • Understanding of employment legislation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and resilient

This is a varied role prioritising and supporting daily operational HR challenges will require flexibility and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach.
