About the position

The position of Solutions - Loyalty & Rewards Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting a team of Account Managers on a day to day basis. Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritise and to work in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company and respective Account Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the key point of contact for key accounts including providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers
  • Process daily handback files
  • Create product submissions
  • Process orders (B2B and B2B2C) within required SLA’s
  • Review backorders and update late orders with client
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders
  • Provide quotations (new business & current customers) to our Clients within required SLA's
  • Review backorders and follow-up invoices
  • Process orders (B2B and Telco) within required SLA's
  • Create SKU's


  • Experience working in administration/ sales processing
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce (highly beneficial)

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an administrative/order processing role
  • A high degree of accuracy in data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A high level of numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
  • A good knowledge of JB's product range
