About you

As our Group Return to Work Coordinator supporting both JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys, you’ll provide effective and timely administration and coordination to the Injury Management Team in support of the proactive management and return to work of injured employees. You may have come from a similar role or may be a recent graduate looking for a foot in the door. 

You know the importance of a solid administrative foundation when managing the return to work process and first level support and advice, making it look easy as you juggle multiple activities and tasks to do what’s needed to get the job done. In everything you do, you approach it with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm as you think about the impact on the customer. You pride yourself on cutting to the chase and keeping things simple. You are cool-headed and thrive on delivering results.

An ordinary day will see you juggling any number of duties including making initial contact with site managers and triaging support to injured employees, escalating to the Injury Management Advisors as required, booking initial Medical Practitioner appointments and following up relevant reports. You’ll also apply your sharp detail focus to ensure accurate medical certificates are submitted, required documentation is on hand and timely payment of invoices is handled.

Whatever you work on, you act with a clear sense of ownership and always follow through on your commitments. When you encounter setbacks, you don’t give up easily – you try again, pushing through barriers to get things done. You simply roll your sleeves up and do what’s needed to get the job done.

You'll come to us with relevant qualifications in rehabilitation or health sciences and previous experience in administration desirable. If you’re currently working in a retail store and want to get your foot in the door at support office, submit your application today!
