About the role

Finance Partner Supply Chain:

• Work collaboratively with the financial reporting teams to deliver monthly Group Supply Chain financial reporting, including interrogation and reconciliation of results
• Develop reporting & analyse supply chain (including warehousing, fulfilment, returns & logistics) operational metrics
• Implement process efficiencies and improved financial & operational outcomes with improved customer experience mindset
• Drive key inputs and support completion of annual budget for Supply Chain
• Actively engage and Partner the Supply Chain team, develop strategic plans and business cases.

Support the broader FP&A team to:

• Analyse and report on large data sets to deliver key actionable insights across all areas of the business (The Good Guys & JBHifi) including categories, stores, online, supply chain and major strategic initiatives
• Communicate and influence key stakeholders across the Group to deliver business outcomes
• Query, extract and process data for ad-hoc reporting and commercial analysis

About you

• Advanced user of Excel with exposure to BI and visualisation tools (Power BI)
• Preferred expertise in data analytics / complex modelling
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance with CA/CPA certification
