About the role

As the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and guide the store team to achieve the JB sales goals, ensuring that you are on the shop floor remaining in close contact with customers and team members, including:

  • Leading a unified team that delivers sales, service, merchandising and maintains operational standards across all product categories
  • Coaching and developing the sales team, enabling them to achieve required sales budgets through the use of JB Hi-Fi sales process
  • Ensuring the shop floor is always maintained with high presentation standards
  • Maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures
