About the Role

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with our customer base, and help work towards our budget through specialised sales, training, planning, customer service, and merchandising leadership.

Responsibilities for our coordinator role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives
  • Work towards sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

We are seeking an individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere. Ideally, you will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc.) or Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc). You will also possess:

  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail will see your success in this role.

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
