About the Role

Working with the Merchandise Coordinator, you will contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:

  • Contribute to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

You are a vibrant and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity to be at the forefront of all the new tech products! You will also possess:

  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail will see your success in this role.
  • Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal, but not essential)
