About the Role
As the Inside Sales Telco Account Manager (Office Based), you will play a fundamental role in achieving JB Hi-Fi Solutions' ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and is primarily responsible for contacting, qualifying, and closing sales with prospects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prospecting new clients daily and converting to sales and following up expressions of interest enquires
- Working on outbound sales campaigns to drive new sales / products to market
- Understand the client's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making process
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish (from prospecting the client to closing the sales and processing the order)
- Present innovative business solutions to potential clients through various communication methods
This is a hands-on role that will require your proactive approach to developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients to determine their existing and future business needs. Really forming that long term partnership with our client base.
Your keen eye for detail, problem solving skills and ability to build rapport with your client base will hold you in good stead. You will relish the opportunity to deliver tailored client solutions whilst also having that drive and determination to succeed. You will also possess:
- Strong Telecommunication knowledge (Telstra)
- Proven business to business & consumer sales and service background
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally phone based (advantageous)
- Salesforce experience desirable
