About the Role

As the Solutions Architect you will provide sales assistance to the Commercial Sales team concerning the technical knowledge of products and services. The Solutions Architect also acts as a liaison between the Commercial Sales team and other departments within the company, such as the Service Desk or Project Services team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist the Sales Representatives and Technical Consultants with technical knowledge pertaining to the products and services offered by their allocated Practice
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the Sales team, customers, and prospects
  • Deliver technical specifications for a proposal and prepare accompanying materials
  • Interpret customer requirements; speak with customers or prospects to understand their needs and relay this information to the Sales Representative and Technical Consultant
  • Perform technical presentations that demonstrates how products and services can benefit and meet customer or prospect needs

About You

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to partner with various departments in delivering solutions to our client base. You will have a strong technical background, enjoy interacting with customers coupled with your ability to multitask will hold you in good stead. Your previous experience in facilitating presales presentations along with your creative customer solutions will see your success in this role.  You will also possess the following:

  • Solid experience as a customer facing sales engineer, consultant, solution architect, or equivalent experience supporting enterprise accounts
  • Understanding of Sales Pipeline Management and assist with ROI, developing compelling sales proposals and closing opportunities
  • Proven experience designing Office 365 solutions and migration from traditional deployments and designing identity and device management solutions leveraging Azure Active Directory, Azure Cloud Solutions, Intune, SCCM and Modern Management Deployment (Autopilot and Zero-Touch Platforms)
  • Proof of continuous learning through certifications such as Dell Technical Architect, HPE ASE, Microsoft and Vmware Workspace One
  • Experience designing hybrid infrastructure solutions including server, storage and cloud and a subject Matter Expert on Modern Device Management and Deployment.
