About the position

Support and assist the wider JB HiFi Training Team with key administrative tasks including, assigning training modules to store and support office team members, generating and sharing completion reports and following up participants as required, completing financial reconciliations, booking accommodation and flights, and assist in arranging venues. 

Position Responsibilities 

Manage and support the deployment and completion of Digital Training modules

  • Allocate digital training modules to store and Support Office Team Members and Management.
  • Generate, upload, and share regular reporting to track Team Member engagement.
  • Share completion data with key Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Follow-up and support Team Member engagement as required.

 

Manage a shared email inbox

  • Monitor, allocate, respond, file and follow-up department emails as required.

 

Administrative assistance 

  • Assist the broader Training and Development team with travel bookings (Flight/accommodation/ Car hire) for interstate training sessions and internal meetings.
  • Assist the broader Training and Development team with the organization and facilitation of catering for key meetings and training events.
  • Assist the broader Training and Development team in the creation and maintenance of team members travel profiles.
  • Assist the broader Training and Development team with financial reconciliation including invoice allocation and credit card charge management.

  • Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Must demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be aware of and actively involved with JB's social media activities.
  • Demonstrate safe work practices and assist the company in providing a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and market developments.
  • Assist in travel bookings (Flight/accommodation/ Car hire) for interstate training sessions and internal meetings.
  • Assist with the organization and facilitation of Catering for key meetings and training events.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of CTM profiles.

 About our ideal candidate:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 is preferred
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Must demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
