About the Role 

As the HR Project Lead you will be responsible for leading projects and process improvement initiatives towards operational effectiveness of the HR function in support of stores. You will have the opportunity to lead various support office projects and sink your teeth into process efficiency and affect real change. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop, review, and communicate standard, repeatable, and effective processes through the end to end employment lifecycle, with an emphasis on store recruitment  

  • Establish appropriate process, management controls and oversight to ensure alignment of activities with prescribed procedures and Award obligations 

  • Champion effective process, protocols, and systems to ensure quality records management and data integrity 

  • Provide operational support to key HR projects including structural reviews and organisational changes, and systems and process improvements 

  • Develop and lead collaborative review cycles including salary, incentive, and budget 

You will provide strong leadership and clear direction to the HR Coordinator’s (two direct reports), ensuring high levels of customer focus in support of store and support office.  

About You 

This role will suit a highly organised and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to play a part in process improvement and change, and so, your passion will lie in your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders coupled with your process mapping and project management skills will see your success in this role. You will also possess: 

  • Experience in a similar Project Lead role within a Retail, Hospitality or like environment  

  • Resilient, positive mindset is key!
