The opportunity

To maintain the integrity of JB Hi-Fi’s inventory management system(s) in AU & NZ, while supporting and improving Inventory & EDI processes to ensure accuracy in both SOH and cost.

Key responsibilities 

  • EDI invoicing daily maintenance, including resolution of system processing errors
  • New supplier & EDI setups
  • Providing timely, efficient and reliable store & business support
  • Monitor a variety of inventory system alerts, reviewing each for investigation and correction
  • Invoice, Credit & Purchase Order trouble shooting
  • Accurate processing of stock adjustments
  • Facilitation of rolling stocktakes and support for bi-annual national stocktakes
  • Price Protection and Price Variance credit claim processing
  • Liaise with product buying team to resolve pricing discrepancies and other stock related issues
  • Liaise with Inventory Integrity Business Partners to assist with inventory risk mitigation
  • Assistance with insurance claims
  • Sku/item maintenance and PLU updates
  • Provide various reporting as requested to support internal stakeholders
  • Ongoing database management
  • Other duties as directed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with internal JB systems such as Shopkeep/TDC and JB Intranet is essential
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Explorer) is highly desirable
