The Support & Fullfilment Coordinator position is responsible for the provisioning of all Transactional orders including Telstra Fixed, Mobile and other products and services. They are also responsible for executing adhoc and ongoing service management requests from both the JB Hi-Fi Solutions sales team and customers, as well as manage issues on assigned tasks through to resolution.


  • Monitor for and assign orders and service requests promptly for action
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer experience by ensuring sales orders and service requests are executed in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Prioritise response and action on faults and assurance requests to ensure impact to customer base is addressed promptly
  • Utilise and manage a variety of systems to provision sales order components
  • Inventory Management and Stock Ordering in line with sales orders requirements
  • Accurate and prompt sales recording in Salesforce
  • Manage Salesforce data through to completion
  • Ensure key service request and sales order milestones are communicated to the Customer and Account Manager
  • Manage all outstanding requests by updating the Customer and Account Manager regularly
  • Assist in the training, support and co-ordination of new employees
  • Validate critical documentation to execute sales orders and requests
  • Manage all outstanding orders and service requests effectively by conducting hand overs during periods of leave or training
  • Act as SME of Telstra Business and Enterprise products, processes and services
  • Adhere to Telstra Operating guidelines and processes
  • Engage Telstra Dealercare and other back of house resources to support sales orders and service requests to completion


  • Experience working in a Telstra Business and/or Enterprise Dealer environment
  • 1+year in a similar role using key Telstra provisioning systems (e.g. MNC, TB OOT, DB COT, IDCOO).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Good understanding of products and services in the Telstra Business and Enterprise space
  • Demonstrated ability to manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of effective decision making and problem solving
